I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was clean, fully equipped, and smelled fresh the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to any requests. The location is also very convenient — close to the city center and easy to get around.I was especially pleased with how quiet and comfortable the room was — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The price was reasonable for the quality of service provided. If I return, I’ll definitely choose this place again.Thank you to the hotel for such a pleasant stay! ?

They turn off the electricity everyday and very often so be prepared to have a cold water during your shower No heat, so the room can be cold during winter

Location is great if you like not being in the centre! Real Vietnam experience.

The staff were lovely, they have free bikes which we used to ride around and see so much in one day. The room was clean and tidy with aircon.

No breakfast

The location was great. The property was ok for the price. The hot water was a plus! Staff was nice! I used the room 10/1 and literally used the room for a shower and to sleep. We rented a motorbike in da nang and always had parking! They have bathroom amenitiesLike toothbrush and comb+ $10us nightly and it’s like a motel in the US. You pay for what you get. We had plans in the area as we were part of an engagement party so it was a last minute booking.

The rooms are a bit old and outdated. The bed was hard but that’s typical Vietnam. The walls and floors were a bit scary looking as the walls looked like they haven’t been cleaned in maybe a decade. The TV didn’t turn on and we weren’t really interested to call the front desk to come in since we would have to walk to The front to ask themTo come in since no phones. The towels they give you are hard and like large rags. The toilets water pump keeps getting stuck so we would have to manually push the leveler down for the toilet to refill the next flush.

Quiet, clean and comfortable place. Nice balcony terrace. Great shower. Can't really fault the place. Good motorbike rental.

There is no social atmosphere if that's what you're looking for.

The stuff was super friendly and helpful, and the street where the house is, is super adorable.

The bed mattress was a bit harder, but it could be up to my habit.

Good tv with Netflix for a rainy day. They have drinks available and a nice terrace.

They don’t speak much English. We rent a bike from them and the fuel was completely empty and you can’t ask for a petrol, or any directions, that small necessary things. They are very nice anyways.

Bit of a trek to the main attractions, however, nice if you want to get a good feel of the old town.

Ants in sink :/ cockroach in bin :/ and someone tried to break in in the morning? Rattled our door for 10minutes, bit freaky but I’m sure it was a complete one off.

The room was nice and great value for money, everything in the room worked well and the bathroom was neat and tidy too. Everything was priced normally at the Hotel, waters, soft drinks, beers, motorbike rentals… we had a great stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Guests from the room next door kept their door open and were screaming since the early morning (6AM) disturbing the sleep of other guests. The reception didn't to anything about it.

The owners were really friendly. The homestay is in a local area by the water. Very good value for money. The roof terrace was lovely.

The beds are very hard if you are used to western mattresses.

Room was clean and spacious. We could rent a motorbike from the hostel which was very needed as its not in the best location.

The bed was like sleeping on concrete. Probably the hardest bed I have ever slept in. The shower was cold. Nobody told us that there was a switch outside of the room to make the water hot. The location isn't great. Better to stay outside of the square as tours/transport will not pick you up if you are inside the square.

It was clean, the room looked nice, the security guy was really nice and the place was close to the Citadel which was why I booked here.

The TV didn't work, the bed was really hard and there were people in the room next door partying all night. My booking was during Tet holiday though so that might be the reason for the partying.

24/7 front desk. Easy staff. Good value for money. Bike rental available. Air conditioned, enough space. Smart TV
